What is the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

The Member Inclusive Menu is a benefit, exclusively for season ticket members, that includes stadium favorite food items and non-alcoholic beverages with admission to all 49ers preseason, regular season and postseason home games.

Who has access to the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

All 49ers season ticket members have access to this benefit. Season ticket members with this benefit are able to transfer the benefit to their guests by transferring their tickets to their guests before the game.

The benefit is not available if you resell your ticket. Tickets purchased on platforms such as StubHub, NFL Ticket Exchange, SeatGeek, GameTime, etc. are not eligible for the Member Inclusive Menu benefit.

How do I ensure that my guest can also redeem items on the Member Inclusive Menu?

Please ensure that you transfer your ticket to your guest well ahead of the game, and that they are logged in to their account manager account through the 49ers app. Your guest will be able to use Scan and Pay on their phone with their transferred ticket, and the original season ticket member does not need to be present. As a reminder, tickets that are resold are not eligible for the Member Inclusive Menu benefit.

Will members still receive the 15% discount on items not included in the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

Yes, Members still have access to their 15% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages for items not included in the Member Inclusive Menu or items above the four MIM item limit per transaction. You must complete the transaction from the kiosk on your phone and use Scan and Pay on your phone to receive the discount.

Will I only be able to redeem my benefit through Scan and Pay in the 49ers App?

Yes, the only way to receive the Member Inclusive Menu benefit is by validating your season ticket membership through Scan and Pay in the app.

What if I want to order items in the same order that are not eligible for the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

You can order non-Member Inclusive Member items as part of the same order, and only those items will be charged.

What menu items are included with the menu?

The Member Inclusive Menu features over 15 menu items including hot dogs (beef and vegan), chicken tenders, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, french fries, garlic fries, Pepsi products, Aquafina, Peet's coffee and more. MIM-eligible items are identified by a white star in a red circle logo.

The Member Inclusive Menu does not include alcohol or specialty items.

Do all concession stands within the stadium have the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) items?

Maps of which concession locations will feature Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) items can be foundĀ here.

Are there options for people with dietary restrictions?

Yes, similar to the current menu options available in the stadium, there are items available on the 49ers Member Inclusive Menu for those with dietary restrictions. Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly noted as such in the item description.

Is the inclusive food in the club areas different than on the concourse?

Yes, club menus are differentiated from concourse menus.

Can I access the benefit pregame and throughout the entire game?

Yes, you can access the benefit pregame. The benefit ends halfway through the 3rd quarter.

How do I validate that I am a member to take advantage of the 49ers Member Inclusive Menu?

Log in to the 49ers App with your 49ers ticket account before the game and items will be automatically discounted when you check out using "Scan and Pay" within the app.

What is the ordering and checkout process?

Approach the self-service kiosk, and select your items. When you are ready to check out, tap "Pay Now". Scan the QR code on the screen with "Scan and Pay" in your app. The transaction will be complete if you did not owe a balance. If you do owe a balance, please complete the transaction in your mobile phone. Take a picture of the receipt if you need it. Wait at the stand for your order to be fulfilled. Please step aside so the next person can use the kiosk.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can order each time I go to a concession stand?

There is no limit to the number of items you can order, however, each order has a maximum of 4 (four) Member Inclusive Menu items that can be discounted. Item quantities above 4 (four) can be purchased with a credit card saved in the app.

If you have two tickets in your account, you will not be able to redeem 8 items in one transaction (4 items will be discounted, but the additional 4 will be charged). Please transfer your ticket ahead of time to your guests to ensure that they receive the benefit.

Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can make on the Member Inclusive Menu?

No, however, in order to reduce food waste and unauthorized sharing of MIM benefits, any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of the MIM benefits from the SBL holder's tickets/account, as determined in our sole discretion.

Can I order from my seat for pick up at the concession stand?

No, all ordering must take place at a kiosk or point of sale at each concessions stand.

Can I place an order in person at the concession stand?

Yes, some stands will have separate cashier lines. However, all transactions at Levi's Stadium are cashless and require a credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet. Reverse ATMs have been installed and are located at Section C117 on the main concourse, in the United Club, at Section 308 on the Zenni Zone in the upper concourse and at the 49ers Team Store (Intel Gate A) for those that may not be inclined to use credit or debit cards.

How can I find my order history or receipt after a game?

Order history is available for 14 days from your transaction. Tap Order History on the Levi's Stadium tab in the 49ers App.

For transferred tickets, how does my friend or guest get access to the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

All transferred season ticket member tickets receive this benefit and automatically have their discount applied at checkout during the mobile ordering process.

If I transfer a ticket to a friend or guest, is the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) benefit still accessible to them?

Yes, all transferred season ticket member tickets receive this benefit and automatically have their discount applied at checkout during the mobile ordering process. Tickets that are resold do not include access to the Member Inclusive Menu.

If I buy additional single-game tickets for a 49ers home game, are those tickets eligible for the Member Inclusive Menu, too?

Guests with single-game tickets are not able to take advantage of the Member Inclusive Menu.

When tickets are resold through my online account on NFL Ticket Exchange or other secondary market platforms, does the buyer have access to the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM)?

No, tickets purchased on the resale market and individual game tickets do not include access to the Member Inclusive Menu.

Can I still bring in my own water bottles and food?

Yes, the permitted and prohibited items as it pertains to food and beverage have not changed with this added benefit.

Will the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) continue for subsequent seasons?

Yes, we plan for this program to be included as part of your season ticket package for subsequent seasons.

Will the Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) be offered for non-49ers events at Levi's Stadium?

No, the Member Inclusive Menu is only offered to members at 49ers home games.

Is this available for preseason and playoff games as well?

This benefit is available to 49ers season ticket members for all preseason, regular season and postseason home games.

Can I pay with additional items with cash?

No, Levi's Stadium is a cashless venue.
