FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Thank you for your interest in the 49ers Foundation's Picnic on the Field! We hope you will join us for an afternoon of family-friendly activities benefiting the 49ers Foundation's mission to empower and educate Bay Area youth.

EVENT DATE: Saturday, June 4, 2022

EVENT TIME: 1pm - 4pm

VIP Entry begins at 11:30am for those with VIP tickets only

WAIVER / EVENT CHECK-IN: Upon arrival, you will undergo a security and bag check in front of Gate B. You will then scan your ticket for entry and approach the waiver station. All guests are required to complete an event waiver. Please be sure that you have signed your event waiver prior to arrival for a fast check in. Once you have approached the waiver station, please have proof of your signed waivers (i.e. email or screenshot of email) ready to show event staff. You will receive your event wristband and meal ticket. Then, you can cross Gate B to enter the event.

If you have not completed your waiver, please do so now by clicking on the links below. Otherwise, you must complete the waiver onsite.

Youth Waiver (0-17)

PARKING: You will not need a parking pass for the event. All guests can park in Red Lot 1 by entering into the parking lot at the Convention Center Drive entrance.

BAG POLICY: Please note that Levi's® Stadium's bag policy will be in effect on event day. Please review the bag policy here and Levi's® Stadium's security policies which includes a list of prohibited and permitted items.

Please note that footballs, helmets, and mini-helmets are not allowed to be brought inside of Levi's® Stadium.

WHAT TO BRING: Please be sure to bring the following:

  • A reusable water bottle – there will be multiple water filling stations located throughout the event. You may bring plastic water bottles (factory sealed, no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces or reusable transparent water bottles (no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces).
  • A picnic blanket or towel – there will be picnic tables available on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will not be allowed into the event.
  • Personal-sized umbrella -- no large umbrellas will be allowed.
  • Sunscreen (not in an aerosol can)

FOOD & BEVERAGE: All guests will be given one meal ticket to be redeemed once at a food station during the event. There will be beer available for sampling and soda and alcohol available for purchase.

VIP Guests will have complimentary food throughout the event in the VIP area, and will also receive one food ticket to be redeemed at food stations on the field. There will be a complimentary Happy Hour with beer and wine from 12pm-1pm inside the VIP space in BNY Mellon Club West.

All guests are also allowed to bring in snacks and outside food. Please note that all fruit must be cut into small pieces. No outside alcohol is allowed.

49ERS PLAYERS AND ALUMNI: A number of 49ers players and alumni will participate and rotate through various activities with fans and on stage throughout the day. Please note only one autographed item will be allowed per guest at the Autograph Station presented by Standard Rentals and only one photo will be allowed at the Player Selfie Station.

Please note that players and alumni will not be confirmed prior to the event.

The Dig for Gold Sale & Auction booth presented by Jelly Belly offers a unique buying experience for the 49ers Faithful that are looking to bring the locker room into their living room. This program utilizes unique, on-of-a-kind memorabilia from the 49ers roster to deliver a variety of offerings including game-worn jerseys, team-issued gear, autographed memorabilia, and pieces of history from 49ers past and present. All proceeds directly benefit the 49ers Foundation!

The 49ers Team Store presented by Visa will also have merchandise available for purchase at a 15% discount for all guests.

ATTIRE: Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes. No cleats or heels will be allowed on the field. Be sure to come dressed in layers as the event will be outdoors and in the sun.

CASHLESS FACILITY: As a reminder, Levi's Stadium is a cashless facility. Please be prepared to pay with a debit or credit card.

ANIMALS: Animals are not permitted in Levi's® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
