U.S. Bank Frontline Hero of the Week

U.S. Bank Frontline Hero of the Week

The 49ers will recognize outstanding individuals for their exceptional service to their community as the U.S. Bank Frontline Hero of the Game throughout the 2020-2021 season. Do you know of a local first responder, service member, health care worker or 49ers Faithful who has gone above and beyond during COVID-19, wildfire relief or when their community needed support most? Nominate them to be honored by the 49ers with a special announcement and on 49ers social channels. Honorees will be selected at the discretion of the San Francisco 49ers. Nominations will be reviewed and those that are chosen will be notified. We sincerely thank all of our frontline workers for their commitment to the community!
