What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about helping people. I found my calling in healthcare, where my team empowers people to take control of their health through behavior change and approachable education. It's powerful to see how positively we impact so many patients' lives.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of becoming a member of the Gold Rush! I auditioned for the first time in 2017 while still in college to gain more NFL dance experience and was hooked. I never gave up my goal of joining this team while pursuing my professional career, and it's special to live out my dreams in both dance and healthcare!

Tell us more about your job.
I work in Lifestyle and Culinary Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on six pillars of wellness: physical activity, mindfulness and meditation, a whole-food, plant-based eating pattern, avoiding risky substances, and cultivating quality relationships. I help lead teams of providers—Physicians, Physical Therapists, Registered Dietitians, Psychologists, Pharmacists, and Clinical Health Educators—to help patients make sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. Our goal is to transform healthcare delivery across our organization and beyond.

What's your favorite part of Game Day?
I love the tangible excitement all around the stadium. From the time we arrive in the morning to leaving the locker room after the game, there's an energy that's hard to explain but so cool to experience!

What's the energy like in the Gold Rush locker room on game day?
We listen to fun music, are silly together, and make sure we're prepared to perform all our routines. It's also a great time to film a funny TikTok or two before cheering on the team with the Faithful!

Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My parents! They've supported me since I started dancing at age 3, through countless competitions, recitals, and practices. I'm so thankful for their endless support and love.

Who is your favorite 49ers player?
George Kittle! I love the energy he brings to the team, mixing humor and hard work to encourage everyone to do their best. I try to do the same on Gold Rush!

If you could attend a historical moment in 49ers history, what would it be?
I would have loved to see The Catch live—the electrifying play that led to Super Bowl XVI. How incredible would that have been?!
