What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about psychology and in particular, understanding my mind and the minds of the people around me.
Where were you born and where do you live now?
I'm originally from Orange County, CA, but during my second season, I moved to San Francisco, where I'm so happy to live near a handful of my teammates. There's always someone who's down to go for a walk, meet up to practice choreography or grab a bite to eat.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
The professional accomplishment I am most proud of is passing the CPA exams, as it took more discipline than I sometimes felt capable of, to consistently get up early and stay up late to study. I was so proud (and even more relieved) to see my final passing score.
Who or what inspires you?
My friends inspire me. I wish I could even articulate how grateful I am to have them because even knowing such inspiring and compassionate individuals is something I could never take for granted.
What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
Being a Gold Rush Cheerleader means pursuing what I love while being surrounded by incredible teammates, led by encouraging coaches, taught by inspiring choreographers, and cheered on by the best fans in the NFL.
What's your pregame pump-up song?
Easily Tell Me When to Go by E-40.
Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My biggest cheerleaders are my parents, who support me unconditionally in everything I do.
Who is your favorite 49ers player?
My favorite 49ers player is George Kittle! I genuinely admire his love for the game, commitment to encouraging his teammates, and dedication to maintaining good morale. While he's obviously an asset on the field, what makes him my favorite is that I aspire to be more like him myself.
Tell us about your journey of becoming a Gold Rush cheerleader.
No matter how much preparation you put in before a professional audition, there will always be more talented and capable candidates in finals than simply the number who make the roster. For that reason, making the cut can sometimes feel like you were simply in the right place at the right time. However, I have always felt like Gold Rush chose me for me from the beginning. Yes, I did come as prepared as I could possibly be, but ever since joining this team I have always felt like this was the home I was meant to end up in.
