Now in its 25th year, the 49ers Foundation supports development programs for underserved youth to keep them “Safe, On Track, and In School." Since 1992, the Foundation has donated $34.6 million to non-profits, contributing $4 million in 2015.
In partnership with organizations like Make-A-Wish and the Dream Foundation, the 49ers goal is to enrich the lives of individuals with life threatening medical conditions through the Wish Fulfillment Program.
Through the excitement of football, our hope is to provide an uplifting day of distraction and excitement for youth facing health and life challenges through the 49ers Champions Program.
49ers Youth Football encourages health, fitness, and player safety through a variety of interactive programs and events including: 49ers Play 60, “Football Camp for the Stars,” USA Football Heads-Up Tackling Clinics, and the 49ers Youth Football 3-Day Camps.
