I love working out, learning how to cook from my boyfriend, and spending time with my family.

Making scientific advances accessible to the people who need them most.

I am proud of my current job position, I worked really hard to get to where I am today.
Tell us more about your job.
I help lead/manage a team of exceptional scientists across the bay area. My lab's work specializes in the intersection between immunology and genomics.

I adopted my best friend 2 years ago – Roxie. Roxie is half German Shepard and half Rottweiler. She is goofy, playful, and the light of my life. I love her so much!
Who or what inspires you?
My parent's genuine kindness, brilliance, and hard work have inspired me my entire life.
What's something our fans would be surprised to learn about you?
My secret wish is to be a country singer.
What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
Being a Gold Rush Cheerleader is about so much more than the sparkly uniform and red lipstick – it means having the unique opportunity to show people that we are all more than dancers and it helps break stereotypes for women (and men!) around the world. This squad is exceptional on and off the field.
What do you like most about being a member of the Gold Rush?
I love seeing all the little girls and boys light up as we wave at them on game day.
Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My parents have ALWAYS been there for me and supported me.

Tell us about your journey of becoming a Gold Rush cheerleader.
I auditioned for Gold Rush and did not make it the first time. I worked really hard and came back stronger the next year and made the team! I would encourage any person who wants to be part of Gold Rush not to give up on their dream and to believe in themselves – you got this!
