How do you spend your time outside of Gold Rush?
Outside of gold rush I love to spend quality time with friends and family! I recently moved to San Francisco and lately I've been going on a lot of walks to get to know the city. You can find me surfing on the weekends and doing yoga or cooking during the week.
Where were you born and where do you live now?
I was born in Washington, D.C. and I grew up in the DMV area. I stayed in the area for college and decided to move out west to be a part of the Gold Rush. I currently live in San Francisco and commute to Santa Clara with my teammates for practices and games.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am proud of how I utilize my time management skills. Juggling a full-time job and a dance career can often time be a full plate, but over the years I've learned how to optimize my time so that I can give 100% both at work and on the field.
Tell us more about your job.
I love my job! I'm an engineering and project manager at a non-profit organization that works on zero-emission transportation technology. I manage a team of engineers who are designing, building and testing first-of-its-kind electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. We work with public transit agencies to replace gas and diesel buses with battery electric and hydrogen powered ones. Our goal is to commercialize clean, efficient, and sustainable transportation.
What's something our fans would be surprised to learn about you?
I'm trilingual! I grew up speaking Hebrew and Spanish at home. I love to practice by listening to music and watching TV in those other languages.
What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
Being a Gold Rush Cheerleader means that I get to be a part of one of the most successful sports and entertainment franchises that brings people tremendous joy. I love every interaction I have with the 49ers Faithful and I feel so fortunate that I get to be a part of something so great.
What do you like most about being a member of the Gold Rush?
My teammates! Gold Rush has introduced to an INCREDIBLE group of people. These men and women continue to impress me and push me to be a better version of myself each practice and game. I'm so grateful to be surrounded by such a positive, hardworking and kind group of dancers.
Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My sister is my biggest cheerleader! She's been by my side throughout my whole dance journey and is my biggest supporter off the field. During auditions we spent lots of time studying all about football, the 49ers and preparing for finals. I'm incredibly lucky to have her support and positive spirit throughout this journey.
