What, in your life, are you most proud of?
I am proud of my work ethic! It has taken me across the globe on humanitarian ventures, enabled me to have my artwork in several shows, and become a paramedic through the fire department.
I first worked during college as a River Raft Guide in Utah. I worked there for five summers!
What is a non-profit organization you're involved in and why did you choose to get involved?
I worked to establish a program called "The Children's Home," with several other healthcare providers to educate, screen, provide appointments, and health kits for six orphanages in Leogane, Haiti. Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and needs to begin healing from the inside-out; the best way to do this is to work with local liaisons, which we've focused on after travelling there.
Who or what inspires you?
People! I worked on an ambulance that transported critical covid patients for all of 2020, and it was the incredible people that I met that keep me going and motivated.
What's something our fans would be surprised to learn about you?
I am an avid outdoor rock and ice climber and have climbed many routes in National Parks!
What does it mean to be a Gold Rush Cheerleader?
I get to be a part of an organization of incredible women that uplift and support each other!
Who is YOUR biggest cheerleader?
My biggest cheerleader is my mother; she has been supportive of me in the highest and lowest moments of my life to get here.
