Today's Niners Daily looks at the five-interception performance of the San Francisco 49ers defense against Eli Manning and the New York Giants.

1. Borland Records His First

Chris Borland recorded the first and last of San Francisco's five interceptions against the Giants. On this particular play, the rookie inside linebacker demonstrated why Jim Harbaugh has called him "a thief in the night."

2. Wilhoite Ends New York Scoring Drive

With a 9-7 lead midway thought the second quarter, the 49ers other inside 'backer got his hands on an errant Manning pass. This time, Michael Wilhoite dropped into coverage and intercepted a short Manning pass that appeared to be thrown way too early.

3. Reid Intercepts Manning's Deep Ball

Eric Reid made it a hat-trick interception day for the 49ers defense. On this particular Manning throw, the Giants quarterback felt San Francisco's pressure and threw a deep ball way past his intended receiver. Reid's long return, however, was brought back because of a 49ers penalty.

4. Culliver Shares INT Ball with Harbaugh

Chris Culliver made a big demonstration with his interception. After stealing a Manning pass intended for Reuben Randle, Culliver ran the ball over to his head coach.

5. Borland Seals the Win

Fourth-and-goal, Borland continued to show that the NFL stage is not too big for him. After helping seal a 49ers win in New Orleans by recovering an overtime fumble, the rookie linebacker recorded a game-sealing interception in New York.
