Jim Harbaugh Speaks to Kansas Basketball Team

Posted Mar 5, 2014

Jim Harbaugh's trademark attire was spotted once again on the road.

The most famous black fleece and khaki ensemble in the world made another noticable appearance at a college campus.

Jim Harbaugh, owner of the signature look, met with Eastern Illinois quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo on Tuesday at Northwestern University. Twenty-four hours later, the 49ers coach was spotted at the University of Kansas.

Harbaugh spoke to the Jayhawks basketball team with head coach Bill Self by his side. KU is not the only team associated with the NFL coach. Harbaugh's brother-in-law, Tom Crean, is the head coach of Indiana University.

Besides his time with the Jayhawks, the 49ers coach even had the opportunity to attend a high school basketball game in Missouri on Tuesday.

It really does appear that Harbaugh has been "everywhere, man."

(Note: Harbaugh's last name was misspelled in the following tweet. Nonetheless, it's unique to see an NFL coach at Allen Fieldhouse.)

And in case the pep-talk wasn't good enough, Harbaugh proved to the players that his "well-documented" basketball career at Palo Alto High School was no joke.

Check out the 49ers coach nailing a half-court shot, which also earned its way on Sportscenter's Top 10.

Here's an even better look at the shot, courtesy of ESPN.

And if all that wasn't cool enough, Harbaugh now has a custom jersey for his efforts.
