Who the 49ers Will Be Rooting for in 2017 NCAA March Madness

The 2017 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament is back and members of the San Francisco 49ers are ready to root for their respective college programs.



March Madness is back and members of the San Francisco 49ers are ready to root for their respective college programs. This year, 21 members of the current roster will have a chance to see their team cut down the nets in Glendale, Ariz. on April 3.

Take a look at who 49ers players will be rooting for in this year’s tournament.


EAST REGION

4 Seed Florida – OL Trent Brown
5 seed Virginia – LB Ahmad Brooks, LB Eli Harold
6 seed SMU – WR Aldrick Robinson
7 Seed South Carolina – WR Bruce Ellington, RB Mike Davis
11 Seed USC – QB Matt Barkley, LB Malcolm Smith
14 Seed New Mexico State – TE/LS Kyle Nelson


WEST REGION

2 Seed Arizona – DT Earl Mitchell
3 Seed Florida State – LB Tank Carradine


MIDWEST REGION

1 Seed Kansas – DB JaCorey Shepherd
