Posted Sep 12, 2017

Everything you need to know heading into the 49ers Week 2 rivalry game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Following a disappointing start to the 2017 season, the San Francisco 49ers will travel north to face division foe, the Seattle Seahawks.

Both the 49ers and Seahawks are looking to rebound following lackluster season openers, where both teams failed to find the end zone in their Week 1 losses.

Here's a quick breakdown of the 49ers Week 2 matchup.

Series Highlights

San Francisco is looking for their first win in Seattle since Week 16 of the 2011 season.

Sunday marks the 37th matchup between the 49ers and Seahawks, and Seattle leads the series 22-15.
