Morris darted his way down the field and ran through Tennessee Titans punt returner Darius Reynaud to force his first career fumble late in a Week 7 road victory. Once the football was loose, it quickly deflected off Morris’ lower body and bounced from Tennessee’s 11-yard line into the end zone where Osgood quickly pounced on top to score his first-career fumble recovery for a touchdown.
Morris released off the line of scrimmage at the snap of the ball and instantly beat the press-man block of Titans defensive back Tommie Campbell. Morris’ blistering speed allowed him to get directly into Reynaud’s line of vision and once the ball arrived at the punt returner’s body, the Titans running back bobbled the initial punt and had no time to look for the loose football. Once the ball was misjudged, Morris immediately crushed Reynaud in the open field. Next, the football quickly scooted into the end zone and Osgood hopped right on top, beating Campbell and Tennessee Pro Bowl cornerback Alterraun Verner to the football.
