Jim Harbaugh Adorns Sports Illustrated Cover

Posted Dec 4, 2013

The 49ers coach was profiled by writer Austin Murphy for an upcoming issue of the magazine.

Last summer, Jim Harbaugh was asked about the intense focus on his quarterback. Colin Kaepernick, after all, had spent some of his offseason appearing in commercials, walking on red carpets and gracing magazine covers.

“As far as I know he likes to get his picture made,” Harbaugh said in July, “just like I do.”

Now it’s the 49ers coach’s turn.

Harbaugh is featured on a regional cover of Sports Illustrated this month, as he was profiled by senior writer Austin Murphy.
