Colin Kaepernick is on this week’s injury report with a foot injury. He’s officially probable to play.

There’s no reason for concern, Jim Harbaugh said on Friday.

The 49ers starting quarterback has taken “just as many reps in practice” this week. Kaepernick was also listed on the injury report with a foot injury after San Francisco’s Week 2 loss in Seattle.

Harbaugh said the 49ers are not worried about Kaepernick’s foot.

“It's well-documented about the injury reports," the 49ers coach began. "Any type of ailment, injury, however you define it, has got to be on the injury report."

The 49ers are simply complying with the NFL’s injury report rules.

“He’s on the report,” Harbaugh said, before noting the team hasn’t altered any plans because of the injury.

As for other key injured players, Harbaugh had a good feeling defensive tackle Ray McDonald (biceps) would play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.

McDonald was limited in Friday’s practice, but “looked good” according to Harbaugh. McDonald is questionable to play.

The 49ers officially listed the following players as questionable for Sunday:

Nnamdi Asomugha (knee), Alex Boone (shoulder), Anthony Davis (shoulder), Jonathan Goodwin (illness), McDonald (biceps), Carlos Rogers (knee), Justin Smith (shoulder), and Patrick Willis (groin).
