Experience The Closing of The 'Stick

If you didn't get the chance to experience the in-stadium celebrations surrounding the final regular season game at Candlestick Park, or did and would like to relive them, here is a compilation of all the celebrations that took place on the memorable night.

If you were one of the many watching Monday night's game on TV, you didn't get the chance to experience the unique in-stadium celebrations surrounding the final regular season game at Candlestick Park. Here is a compilation of all the celebrations that took place on this memorable night...

At halftime, the 49ers and legend Dwight Clark celebrated the greatest moment in Candlestick history by marking the spot where 'That Catch' took place. Following the season, the historic piece of turf will be removed and displayed at the new 49ers Museum at Levi's® Stadium:


With 1:32 to go in the fourth quarter, this happened:


Following the game, former 49ers owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr. and current owner Jed York took the stage alongside ESPN's Chris Berman to address the crowd:


Meanwhile, Jim Harbaugh and the team celebrate the victory and playoff berth in the locker room:


This video tribute to The 'Stick was played on the big boards, followed by a ceremonious turning off of the lights:


With the lights off, the night culminated in a fireworks show as the 43rd and final season at Candlestick Park came to an emotional close.
