Most Adventurous Thing I’ve Done: The 3 day white-water-rafting trip I took down the Rogue River in Oregon may have been my most adventurous experience. It wasn't so much the size of the rapids, but the technique it took to maneuver them that made it exciting.

Proudest Moment: My proudest dance experience was performing at Wembley Stadium when the 49ers played the Broncos in London. It was absolutely exhilarating to dance with the live music of My Chemical Romance.

Best Way to Relax: I don't know why, but drinking a glass of milk always calms my nerves.

Best Advice: Live life without regrets.
