Challenge that you have overcome:
Living each day without my Mother has, and will always be the most difficult thing I will ever have to endure in life.  Having amazing role models helps to guide, teach and encourage me through life. I have wonderful heroes and role models that I am thankful to be surrounded by.

Guilty pleasures:
Taco Bell, milkshakes & Starbucks.

Most memorable moment as a Gold Rush member:
My most memorable moment as a Gold Rush is finding out that I made the team my very first year.  It was the craziest feeling that is completely unexplainable.  A rush of excitement lived with me that entire year and to this day!  It is one of the best opportunities that I have ever had in my life!

Best word that describes you:
Caring.  I have a huge heart and I love making other people happy or helping those in need.  Being able to bring smile to someone’s face is very valuable to me.

What most people don’t know about you:
When I was nine-years-old, my sister accidentally spilled a pot of hot boiling water that splashed all over the right side of my face.  It left me with a second degree burn that I had to apply vitamin E cream to three times per day for nearly a year!  The amazing thing is, I don’t have a single sign of ever having a burn.  I was very fortunate and am thankful for that.

Something you like to do each day:
At least once a day I like to learn something new.  It’s very important to me to grow in all areas and gain as much knowledge as possible so that I can be the best person I can be.
