BIOGRAPHY

Education Background: I have two bachelor degrees: a BA English Literature and a BFA Dance Performance.

Future Educational Goals: Obtain a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

Guilty Pleasures:  Cupcakes, pumpkin ice cream and chocolate covered strawberries.  I also love watching ice dancing, reruns of the show Reba, listening to the band Hanson and obsessively looking at my day planner.

Best work out:  A mixture of jump rope intervals, Pilates, plyometric exercises and stretching.

Biggest thrill:  I had the opportunity to ride a skeleton sled on the Olympic track in Utah.  Going down the course head first at 50 mph was one of the scariest and most thrilling moments of my life.

Fun fact:  I was a wedding DJ for a year and loved every minute of it!
