If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can import the 2011 49ers schedule into your desktop calendar and even sync it to your handheld device. This download works with Palm, PocketPC, WinCE, or other handheld devices that are capable of synchronizing data with Microsoft Outlook. (Please note: this download cannot be imported to Palm Desktop PIM. It works with Microsoft Outlook only.)

To get the schedule onto your Palm or Handheld device, you first need to import the data into your calendar application on the computer which you sychronize to your device.
Select FILE >>> IMPORT AND EXPORT...
Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
Click "Browse" and navigate to the saved schedule file, select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.
From the "Select destination folder", click on Calendar and click Next.
In the next window, under the box labeled "The following actions will be performed," click the box next to the option labeled "Map Customer Fields" and select Next
Highlight ,filename. and click the box to the left of the file name.
In the Map Custom Fields pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the MATCHING fields in the right window. For example: drag date to start date, team to subject and time to start time and click Next.
And if you'd like Outlook to place a reminder: REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off.
Click OK.
Then click Finish and synchronize your palm or handheld device to your computer.
