Because You ARE the Faithful Official Rules   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 1.TO ENTER: Submit your story via email and tell us your Because tag line or give us the reasons because you are a 49ers Faithful. 2.LIMITATIONS: All entries must be received by December 21, 2007. Entries are limited to one entry per week. Open only to US citizens, at least 14 years of age. 49ers are not responsible for misdirected, delayed or late entries. 3.RESERVATIONS: Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. All entries are 49ers property. Entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and judge's decisions. By submitting your entry, you give the 49ers unconditional right to use your name, voice and/or likeness to publish on 49ers.com and for any additional publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. 49ers not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from entry or acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize. 4.WINNERS: Notified by phone or email each week. 5.PROCEDURES: Contest begins July 5 and ends December 25, 5:00PM PST. Winners selected from eligible entries by a panel comprised of San Francisco 49ers representatives whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. 6.PRIZES T-shirt (One winner chosen each week beginning Tuesday, September 11): All taxes and expenses not mentioned herein are winner's sole responsibility. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of prize: $20. Limit 1 prize per person/family/household. Prizes not redeemable for cash or transferable and no substitutions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion prizes of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded.
